RQM Excel Importer giving error

 I have clm 6.0.5 

As I am trying to login using the rqm excel importer by providing the server credentials, user id and password and try to validate, error message pops up as invalid user name or password.
please guide me through how to solve this and also can you give some information about the usage of config file in this.

 Hi Abhishek,


You could review the errors in C:\<User>\AppData\Roaming\Mso2rqm\mso2rqm.log file for more details.

I have tried the same with clm 6.0.2, but it is working fine with that.

 I saw the log file, I am mentioning the error shown there.

your clm server is 6.0.5, what is your ExcelImporter version?
