how to remove category value in RQM permanent

Hi,

we have deleted some values from a category in RQM and now deleted from Trash also. but still it's showing "Deleted"

how to remove that deleted part from RQM Category.

Hi Neeraj,
Which version of RQM you are currently working on? Ideally once you remove from the trash, the deleted category value  will no more be displayed. We are currently in version 6.0.5 and it works perfectly fine.
For Example, I created a custom new category for a test case and created two values for it.
1) Created a test case with one of the values using new category.
2) Deleted the category value from the Category and purged it from Trash view.
3) Open the test case created in step1 and noticed that now the new category value is changed to "Unassigned".

One more thing you can try is, if you have LQE configured, try to reindex the data for QM and see if it helps.

Dear Krupa,

I did the same but no success.

we are using RQM 6.0.1 and we don't have LQE component we have only DCC.

kindly advise the same. Please find below screenshot for the same. it's showing deleted those i have delete from Trash.
