 I am trying to import the artifact from a word document, import wizard starting, after uploading files and selecting options it got stuck in the last stage of wizard and nothing happens.

Couldn't upload the image but it says:  

Extracting Requirements
progress bar at 0%
The Requirement Extraction process has started.

What browser are you using?   What ifix do you have installed? there are some known defects with word import so I'd suggest applying latest fixpack if possible.

Thanks Valerie for your prompt response, I tried with ie and chrome but with same result. I am quite new to DNG, can you please let me know what ifix is and how it will be checked and updated ?

 You can download ifixes for CLM products here: 

After initial release of a version, ifixes are continuously released to fix known defects so it's always a good idea to be up-to-date.  The readme file of the ifix contains install instructions.

 restarting the server solved the problem.
