In http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=3488&uid=swg27015746#HTTP , it says:
"Firefox 3.5 requires Rational Team Concert 2.0.0.1"
"Internet Explorer 8.0 requires Rational Team Concert 2.0.0.1"

Does that mean ：
A Firefox 3.5 user can use RTC2.0.0.1 , but not RTC2.0?
An IE8.0 user can use RTC2.0.0.1, but not RTC2.0?
