is "requestReset" the same that "serverReset"?

Hi

My question is if these urls basically do the same, in one we have a button to push in the other one we don't, but are they actually do the same?

https://....../admin/cmd/requestReset vs https://....../admin?internal#action=com.ibm.team.repository.admin.serverReset
