RTC Eclipse client 6.0.1 portable zip version does not work on Windows 10.

We see the error while launching:
The Eclipse executable launcher was unable to locate its companion shared library

This issue was related to the Java version used on the machine(Oracle Java 1.8). Using IBM Java bundled with RTC Eclipse Client 6.0.1 solved the issue.
