LDAP configuration with multiple OU's in RTC

I am using RTC 6.0.6.
In my setup of LDAP there is the following structure for LDAP
Parent OU
clmadmin (userid created here)
Child OU1
users created in this OU
Child OU1
More users created in this OU
In WAS 8.5.5.14 and JTS setup we have set the DN to be Parent OU only. The JTS setup ran fine but when we try to import users it is showing only clmadmin user and is not traversing below to other OU's to pick up the other users.
Any specific configuration to be done to search through multiple OU's and then import the users through CLM.
