Do not find the option as mentioned in the DNG manual

As mentioned in the following article/manual, the step mentioned in the 3rd screenshot which says 'select the checkbox to include changes to this artifact in the delivery'. I do not find the checkbox to filter out the changes i want to include in the Change set delivery. I have tried this in CLM .6.0.5, and in the jazz.net sandbox.
