 The scenario is like this.

I have one module to be reviewed by some personal and I have give for review in DNG.while they are reviewing a set of point to be cross verified and need to mark yes or no.So the case here is to populate or is there any way to attach those checklist to the module while reviewing.Can anyone help me to recommend better way for do checklist verification while reviewing.
