how can I force LQE to update?

My data in JRS is stale. A user delivered a change set 3 hrs ago, but the JRS report is still showing the old data. How can I force the LQE server to refresh?

Hello David

Have you tried a Report Builder/JRS meta model refresh? If so, then the only other way I know is to do the following "always run a full rebase before reindexing the DNG Resources datasource" taken from https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/DebugDNGLQEReporting, paragraph

DNG full rebase vs. LQE reindex

A rebase here refers to a DNG TRS rebase found via the rm\admin page.

The other thing is to check that the LQE DNG datasource is not reporting any issues such as skipped resources or other errors.
