 Hello,


When i try to connect to a Jazz server from RTC client i am getting the error shown below

CRJAZ2381E cannot connect to the repository at URL "https://conticlment.clm.ibmcloud.com/am",make sure that the server is running and available.

But i was able to login to server from browser directly succesfully

Version of the Jazz server and RTC client are shown below

Jazz server:Version: 6.0.5
Rational Team Concert:
Version: 6.0.5
Build id: RTC-CLIENT-I20171103-1916

 Talk to the cloud provider. You might need a proxy or something. With no information in your question no way to tell. Even if you provided error messages it would be hard.

 i have jazz server admin rights can you tell what i need to look for in jazz server to enable connection from rtc client

There is nothing in the Jazz Server you should need to do. I don't know why this does not work for you. There might be network or other issues that is why I suggested to talk to the people that run the system, maybe they can see anything in their logs or know you need some kind of proxy or something.
