We are working with JTS, CCM, RDNG, JRS, DCC in v6.0.4 iFix008. We had an outage on DB server without notification, when we noticed the failed connection with DB, we stopped applications, start DB and then start applications. After that, JTS couldn't recognize all the other applications and we found in ccm and rm logs the following:

I tried to follow the instructions on the link:

We see the Authorized Keys in jts/admin#action=com.ibm.team.repository.admin.configureOAuth
but there isn't a \server\conf\rm\friendsconfig.rdf file in none of the apps.


Any suggestion? Where should we found it now? Should we create the file?
