 I already checked backup and restore documents from Jazz but it only includes steps and folders in which one should back up the data but how to backup is not maintained.

Kindly share how to backup CCM project areas or any other data from CLM as well as how to restore the same after adding new instances

What are the applications are there? Can you brief your environment.

 I read out above links, which includes which files you should take in consider at the time of back up and in which folder that should resides at the time of restore, but in what way I should take backup of these all files ? (i.e. by which strategy I should back up the data)
