 Hi,

Server: Windows 2012
DB: DB2
AppServer: WAS 8.5.5

I am getting this error please help.
"com.ibm.team.repository.service.internal.compatibility.auth.DelegatedAuthHandler  - CRJAZ2333W Authentication is being requested before the server has been configured. The services required for authentication are not yet available. Requests will be handled as if invoked by an administrator until the server is configured properly."

1) I registered RELM with JTS by creating a blank database.
2) Ran SETUP and everything was fine.
3) Restored RELM database (repotools-relm.bat -import fromFile=C:\RELMData.tar
4) When i ran setup or relm/admin page i am getting error (
The "com.ibm.team.repository.service.internal.diagnostic.DiagnosticRestService" service failed to activate because a service that it depends on, "com.ibm.team.repository.service.internal.diagnostic.IDiagnosticEmailService", failed to be activated.ID CRJAZ1972E).

If this is a restore to a machine that has a different name and you chose a new public URI (https://newserver:9443/jts vs. https://oldserver:9443/jts) then you need to understand that this is not possible the public URI is stored in the DB export.

You should also check all the log files in the server/logs folder.
