Face "Slack Channel URL does not exist(400), Not Found" issue in RTC

When I create work item or change work item status in RTC, it show "Slack Channel URL does not exist(400), Not found". 
Project: IEBX Life Cycle Management Project 
Any suggestion for this issue? Thank you.

My best guess is that you have some kind of slack integration installed that interferes with what you try to do. I would consider to talk to the people that are listed as members of the Administrators in your project area. Use one of the project area related widgets on the dashboard to see this information.

Well, you know better what you have or have not. I am pretty sure that there is no "Slack channel URL" to be found anywhere in a standard RTC setup.
