Does anyone know if RTC Windows Shell can be deployed as a XenDesktop App?

Our company is moving many users to VDI workstations with applications deployed as XenDesktop apps.  We have a group of users who want to have the RTC Windows Shell available on their XenDesktop VDIs.  Does anyone know if this is possible?  Has it be done?  We are running RTC 6.0.4.
