Unable to open plans in RTC for a normal user like Team Member role but admin is able to open them. Can anyone please suggest solution for this?

We have been facing a issue in RTC like , a normal user(team member role) is unable to open any of the plans in web client but it is working in eclipse client. When ever we open a plan in web client it is showing 'loading (...)' and it is not completely showing the plan details. But anyway 'admin role' users are able to open them completely . Can anyone please give suggestions in this regard.

![]() I had similar issue with plans in WEB UI, if there were outplaced items, which belongs to another project area, where the user has NO access to it (Neither as project area member nor on the access tab by enabling everyone or add the user to a userlist).
I filed a PMR and a defect against this. Now it's an APAR:
