I am wondering if there is a way to make an update across many Test Cases at the same time?

e.g. i have imported hundreds of legacy Test Cases from Rational Test Manager; & want to:
change status from Draft to Approved
globally update some of the category fields

... is there a a way to do this?

Hi.
Select View Test Cases from the Construction menu, and select the test cases that you want to update. There is a small icon beside the State column heading, click this. Now there will be a drop-down list with the valid values that you can select from.
You can multi-edit category fields the same way.
