Hello,

 I wasn't able to import one testcase which had a dash ( - ) symbol compare to other testcases that all have in the spreadsheet an _ symbol. could that be the reason i wasn't able to import the testcase since all the other testcases in the same spreadsheet was imported successfully?

for example : xxxx-xxxx-xxxx
xxxx_xxxx_xxxx

it is not clear where this dash in testcase supposed to be. If it is a part of name, it should be allowed. need more details here and version of the tools.

No it should not be the case, dash and underscore are being handled separately. As Don requested we would need more details to assist, you can share Excel File, CFG (configuration) file and any other debug log you might have.
