You can do so by database backup and restore. History will be retained.
However, all projects are migrated. You cannot select some of them. You may archive projects which are not necessary, but archived data is still in the database.
Dashboards and work items are no longer publicly available, so some links may be invalid. We now provide similar information through other means.
