CRRRC2220E Cannot open the repository (RRC 2.0 Beta)

Steven K (61) | asked Oct 04 '09, 10:00 p.m.
I have successfully install RRC 2.0 Beta 2 and create a new account with all authorities, JazzAdmin JazzUsers JazzProjectAdmins, assigned to this account . I also add Author and Administrator process roles to this account for a new created project RDM. But ...

When I use RRC Client 2.0 Beta to open Repository I got the error message :

CRRRC2220E Cannot open the repository "https://localhost:9443/rmd/"
Reason: Exception occurred while initializing user roles: null

How to resolve this ?

Are you sure you assigned the Author license to the user (not just the author permission on the project)? That is the most common reason for that error.

You might also have a look at the following wiki section which covers some setup troubleshooting tips:

I have resolved this problem after following your tips .

Though I still encouter some other exception errors, it's already a big step forward.

Thanks a lot .
