What is the difference between tag and collection in RRC?

I think the tag and collection are for filter and sort, so what is difference between them? If I have three subsystem type, should I use three tags or three collections? Thanks very much!

Basically, tags are much more informal than collections.  A collection is itself an artifact, so it has all the aspects of an artifact (e.g., ID, URL, attributes, types, linking, commenting, etc.)

See this help topic for more information: https://jazz.net/help-dev/clm/index.jsp?re=1&topic=/com.ibm.rational.rrm.help.doc/topics/t_create_module.html&scope=null

Do you mind to give me a sample or what do you use in real development? Thanks very much!
