while integrating DOORS to DNG, when i am adding friends(outbound) in DNG, Root services doesn't accept url
Hi Team,
I am trying to integrate DOORS and DNG, after entering url in field "root services" (https://dl17-pc:8443/dwa/public/rootservices) and in "name" (dwa) below issue is coming:
An error occurred while requesting the root services document from server "https://dl17-pc:8443/dwa/public/rootservices". Please check the URL and try again.ID CRJAZ1575E
Can anyone please help me as soon as possible.

If you access the URL in a browser, can you get the actual document? The below post has similar discussions.

Hi Saymya, Hope you checked out if the rootservices could actually be reached.
I would also recommend you check both servers are running:
1) https
2) with a valid certificate and
3) that you are running same TLS version on both servers.
If RQM is TLS.1.2 but DWA is 1 you will get a problem.
You could also put an HTTP server in front of DWA to control ports and TLS version:
