Category value missing in RQM

RQM version 6.0.3

I have recently upgraded CLM from 5.0.3 to 6.0.3 ifix 8 and then seeing some strange issue in category.
I have "Type" in category for "Test Suite" and "Test Case". I have value called "Core Functinality" but it showing now like deleted but it is not deleted by us. Even I am trying to add the same value its saying "Duplicate found". I tried seeing in "Add Value" no luck. 

When I open Test Suite or Test Case then its showing the value and mark with red circle . It means that value is not there. 

How I can restore the value and fix the issue? Any help much appreciated.

 Sorry never mind. I just found in Trash view and then restored. Its now showing the value.
