How can I capture E-signatures along with date and time in the audit Trail

Hi,

Can we capture the e-signatures with the approver\reviewer name along with the date and time of the activity on the audit trail? I'm looking at RQM 2.0.0.1 as it's being used in my organization.

Hi Krishna,
As of today in RQM v4.0 you can see information like this in Audit

E-Signature       qmuser
Lockedfalse  →  true

I think same holds true for v301
I am not much sure of v201 but if it does not have such info in Audit, I would suggest to upgrading to latest version as there has been lot of improvements since v201
