Hi,

Time stamp details from Rational ClearQuest is not able to fetch by Rational Publishing Engine if seconds is not mentioned in ClearQuest.

example: "2018-02-13 12:34:00" in CQ will print out "2018-02-13" in RPE report(it's printing only date and not hour and minutes).

Couldn't able to figure out why RPE is not able to fetch the timestamp if CQ doesn't have seconds.

One workaround is to modify the target date type in data source schema in the template from type="xs:date" to type="xs:string" manually. Then the date will be printed out in RPE report as it is ("2018-02-13 12:34:00" in CQ).
