My evaluation license for RQM v2.0 is about to expire. I would like to license this product properly but cannot figure out how to do that. This is for internal IBM use.

Internal users of RQM can obtain licenses from "Software Sellers Workplace" on W3 (formerly xtreme leverage). Search W3 for "xtreme leverage". You can then search for products, i.e. "Rational Quality Manager 2.0". You need the licensing pieces available there, which can be obtained individually.
