Is it possible to only send emails from Jazz during a specific workflow action?

We are running Jazz Team Server 6.0.3 iFix007a, and would like to be able to only send out an email notification to a specific group of users when a specific action in a custom workflow is taken.


Is there a way to do this without setting up and external mail server to filter out everything else (as described at https://rsjazz.wordpress.com/2016/06/29/the-rtc-mail-filtering-problem/)?

There is no built in feature that works only for a specific work flow action. You would have to create your own custom mail notification tool for that.
