Jazz Team Server not starting
I start Jazz Team Server from run command as administrator.
The server is not starting up completely I guess.
I get this in my console while starting the server

I am unable to open https://localhost:9443/jts/setup in the browser.
I get the error
This site can’t be reached
localhost refused to connect.
Please help me understand why the Jazz server is not starting up properly

Jan 02 '18, 1:47 a.m.It's way too early to say that the Jazz server does not start up properly - at least the log shows that Liberty does start up correctly. You should check whether port 9443 is open, and whether any firewall is blocking the port (even using "localhost").
