I have created a project ares in the sandbox. Can I create Access Groups in RTC in that environment?

We are going to migrate to V6.0.2 (from V6.0.0) and would like to better understand access groups in RTC. I have a project created in the sandbox but when I try to create 2 access groups, I do not have the privs to do so (need Jazz Project Amin). It does not appear to allow me to add that priv to my account. Is there another way to test thie groups out?

Only project administrators (users with JazzProjectAdmins role) can create or modify Access Groups
