Attempt to download MessageSight fails with No support agreenment

Hi Support,
I am attempting to install MessageSight to setup clustered environment for tests. When attempting to install MessageSight from http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg22011782 I am getting the following error:

No applicable IBM support agreement found for one or more of the products you selected.

How can I get MessageSight?

This is not general IBM product support....

go to www.ibm.com and click on Support in the menu bar.  If you are IBMr ( There is 1 IBMr with strikingly similar name) , you could try the internal software downloads site ( search w3 for xtreme ).
