How to create new work item for Requirements under Test Plan
Steps followed:
Step 01: A new Requirement is added and assigned to tester to create the test case and test script. Step 02: Whilst the tester is in process of completion of the new work assigned to him, another new requirement is added. Step 03: There is no option displayed on the Requirement section under Test Plan to create a new work item and assign to the tester |

Would it be possible for whoever is adding the requirement to create a empty "skeleton" Test Case, then create a workitem for the tester to complete the new Test Case and create Test Scripts based on the new Requirement?
