Error from browser when trying to add links in RTC

Am trying to add a link to RTC workitem. When I click on the Add tracks button, I get the following error messages in the pop up frame to add link.

In IE : This content cannot be displayed in a frame. To help protect the security of the information you enter into this website, the publisher of this content does not allow it to be displayed in a frame.

In Firefox : Blocked by content security policy. This page has a content security policy that prevents it from loading this way.

What is the setting that is blocking the pop up links from loading?
