 I need to ensure no one is allowed to deliver the code unless it is reviewed and approved by at least one other person.


After setting the Role I am getting the below Error:

An error occurred during "Save Project Area".The processing instruction target matching "[xX][mM][lL]" is not allowed.
 Why did this happen?

The error seems to be related to XML of Process configuration not related to any other condition.
