DM application is not working any more.

Hi Team I have a distributed topology of CLM 6.0.2.

I have my DM and RM instance on one physical server. I am able to access RM but when its come to DM I am not been able to access it showing me below error:

"Error 404: com.ibm.ws.webcontainer.servlet.exception.

NoTargetForURIException: No target servlet configured for uri: /dm"

Please help me on same.

The error message seems to imply that the context root /dm is not reachable/there is no application tied to it.
