JTS 4.0.4 Lifecycle Project creation issues

Trying to create a lifecycle project

I added myself as JazzProjectAdmins group and to the CAL groups :

Rational Requirements Composer    4.0.1    Analyst
Rational Quality Manager    4.0.1    Quality Professional
Rational Team Concert    4.0  Developer


For lifecycle I chose:

Projectname:  Project - SANDBOX
Template: Quality Professional, Analyst

I left everything thing else as default and it defaulted to:


Method  Artifact Containers                                     Process / Project Template   
Create    Project  - SANDBOX (Requirements)               Requirements Template for Testers
Create    Project  - SANDBOX (Tracking)                       Tracking
Create    Project  - SANDBOX (Quality Management)    Quality Management Default Process

I then clicked Save....and then it errors on I think pre-validation check:

I no longer have this issue once I followed instructions provided here:
