new RTC environment

Hi all,
we have an RTC 5.0.2 server running on AIX with WAS as app server and DB2. We want to create a new environment as a replica of this one , the uri will be a new one. Is there a documented procedure about doing this? The  idea is to use the current database in the new server. Changing what need to be changed with repotools? 
In fact the new environment is going to be a test environment for our site
