Configuration baseline created empty in DNG 6.0.3

I have enabled Configuration Management for DNG 6.0.3 application, as well as for a specific project. When I create a baseline from Initial configuration stream, it is successfully created but empty (no artifacts in it). Do you have any ideas why is this happening?

it works for me in my own environment. You may need to work with IBM Support to find out the cause.

I reinstalled CLM and it works now. Thank you.
