Get the RTC approval history
Hi Friends,
I have small problem in get the approvals history.
Let me explain:
if i am rejecting the approval for a work item more than 2 times, i need the time for both the reject.
example:
let us consider, a work item containing only one approval.
User 'A' moves the approval from Pending to Rejected at 7.00 am and the work items moves as per the flow and again the approval is pending, users 'A' again moves the approval from Pending to Rejected at 3.00 pm and the work items moves as per the flow and again the approval is pending, users 'A' now moves it Pending to Approved at 5.00 pm.
now i need a result through insight as
work item ID 1 | A | Rejected | 7.00 am
work item ID 1 | A | Rejected | 3.00 pm
work item ID 1 | A | Approved | 5.00 pm
but I don't find this data
kindly help.
