I don't know if a custom report(RRDI etc) can do the job or not. JRS does not seem to be able to achieve what you want in v5.x.

The closest query is what you may know "Pending Approval" query. If you copy this query and add condition of due date(approval descriptors > due date), it will show those pending approval workitems related to due date you set. In the query, you can add "Approval" to column so that approval related info will display in this column. The problem is that the name of approver(s) is not a part of the info showing up, only name of Approval when creating because RTC does not currently support adding approver as an attribute to query's column. To workaround this, you may want to give the approver's name to Approval name field when you "add approval" and input the name on the field.
(the same applies to reviewer's name in Review name field when Adding Review").

Also if you have multiple approvers or reviewers, you may want o Add Approval or Add Review multiple times so that each approver or reviewer will have a field to input the name and it will show up in the query.
