Query based on approval type and approval descriptors

Hello Team,
with new 4.05 I have the option to display the content of the approvals in a query.
My Problem is I get not result how I see ONLY the approvals type REVIEW which has the PENDING status.
STATUS: In Progress
Approval Descriptors / Type: Review
Approvals / State: pending
If there a option how I get this?
Currently I receive all Approval Descriptors / Types but I would like to see the REVIEW types only.
