In RTC 6.0.4 - under project permissions, what does the version definition section of permissions apply to?

New in RTC (somewhere between 6.0.2 and 6.0.4), there has been a permission section added under project permissions. What do these apply to?

Version Definitions
Delete Function Definition (server)

Delete Function Definition
Delete Version Definition (server)

Delete Version Definition
Save Function Definition (server)

Create Function Definition

Modify Function Definition
Save Version Definition (server)

Create Version Definition

Modify Version Definition

I believe that this is something introduced by the Enterprise Extensions team.

In particular, if you look at:
you will see references to both function definitions and version definitions.
So you only care about this if you use RTC on a mainframe.
