How can I find files matching given filename?

I would like have RTC search for files having a specified filename. I understand several enhancement requests have been made and that searching for change sets is the recommended alternative.

I'm using the Visual Studio client and choose Team Concert|Search|Change Sets. In the Search for Change Sets form, I enter "CTI.cs" into the "Name begins with field". "No change sets to display" is shown in the Team Concert Search window. I have even tried making a change to CTI.cs so I could be sure it would be in the Change Set.

Would anyone have an idea about what I've missed?
