If a password can be easily decrypted, it is deemed to be unsafe and I doubt that many users will continue to use such encryption method. There is information about how the password is encrypted, but not decrypted.

The password that you referred to is most likely the database password. Why don't you just change the password and update it in the teamserver.properties file, or the Advanced Properties page?
