Can't display reports from Eclipse client
We have a project which will not display reports from the Eclipse
client. It works from the web client, but not Eclipse. The server is running RTC 2.0. Multiple users report the problem. The same Eclipse client can run reports from other repositories, and even another project in the same repository. Running a shared report usually results in this error displayed in the editor pane instead of the report: This program cannot display the webpage Most likely causes: - you are not connected to the internet - the website is encountering problems - there might be a typing error in the address I've also seen this error: Navigation to the webpage was canceled What you can try: - Refresh the page I don't see anything pertaining to this in the system log. The project public URI root appears to be configured correctly. Thanks for your help. |

Any interesting differences in the configurations of the different servers that might help? If you could open a work item against the Reports component with the details, we can use this to track the problem. Thanks, james RTC Reports Team Lead |

If so, what version of Hi James, I've opened this defect: https://jazz.net/jazz/web/projects/Rational%20Team%20Concert#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.viewWorkItem&id=96585 It's Windows clients which have IE7 installed which fail. We found one client still with IE6, and that worked OK. There's no server differences. A different project in the same repository also works OK. Thanks. |
