upgrade RTC 3.0.1 derby to 4.0 encountered error CRJAZ1728E An unexpected error has been detected. See the log file "D:\CLM40\JazzTeamServer\server\repotools-jazz_migration_ccm_updateConfigurationFiles.log" for more details.

Seen this ? What gives ? How to fix it ?

Got resolution, as this is a repeat error
