Can we update Doors requirements in review mode?

Hello,

We are using Doors 9.6.1 and RTC 6.0.1. We have Doors and RTC integration for change management. When we open Doors requirements for Review using CR, requirements are opened in exclusive edit mode. Can we update Doors requirements in review mode (unmanaged attributes) and save changes of requirements update in review mode?
