Why does Burndown report not match chart in Plan Details?

 We have set up Burndown reports for each of the 4 teams in our Project Area.  The Burndowns for 3 of the teams matches the chart under Plan Details.  However, the Burndown chart on the dashboard for the 4th team shows twice as many hours as under Plan Details.  The Burnup chart shows the proper planned hours.  Why is the report off by a factor of 2?  What should we look for?  I've included screenshots.

It is very hard to diagnose the issue without looking at what parameter values were chosen. Please contact IBM support.
