BIRT Report can not show after deploy it into RTC

Hi,

I followed this guide to create a simple BIRT report and want to add it into RTC.

The report displayed well in Report Design. But after I add it into RTC via New > Report Template,  the report can not display, shows as below. Can anyone help on this problem?

@sisi Can you check for errors in the ccm log file when you run the report?

I have resolved the problem by update Output Format from SVG to PNG. Anyway thanks for your reply

I remember this problem. The default mimetype for charts is set to SVG, when in reality the chart is rendered as PNG. In older versions of BIRT, this bug did not cause any problems, as there was automatic fallback to PNG, but more recently, the fallback has been abandoned, thus charts and such no more rendered correctly.

Not sure if this is relevant anymore, but the solution is to change the type of the chart to PNG.
