Integration RSAD 9.6.1, RSADM client RSADM9-DM-Client-repo-6.0.2-iFix003a_96 and JTS and RSADM at version 6.0.2 DM602-I20160327_0630

I am facing the following error :

javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: Received fatal alert: handshake_failure

at com.ibm.jsse2.j.a(j.java:3)

at com.ibm.jsse2.j.a(j.java:32)

As per understanding it seems like both te client are not at same level of SSL or TLS certificate. How can I enable or disable functionality in my eclipse client. Any lead would be really helpful.
